School Strides collects only the information needed to respond to page requests and operate individual running programs.

School page requests

When you request a School Strides page, we collect your name, email address, school name, location, relationship to the school, and any message you choose to provide. We use this information to evaluate and respond to your request and to prepare a site if we move forward.

School registration information

Registration information submitted through a school page is available to the organizers of that school’s running program and is used to administer that program. School Strides does not create public student profiles or sell registration information.

Registration records are scheduled for deletion after the applicable season according to the retention period shown during registration. Hosting backups may follow a separate limited retention schedule.

Independent programs

Individual running programs are independently organized. Program organizers are responsible for obtaining any permissions required by their school and for using exported registration information appropriately.
